04/01/13 - NTPA to bring LARGE Viewing Screen to the pull on Saturday August 3.  Fans will be entertained during and between pulls.

04/04/13 - Marion County Fair Board voted to let Thunder Valley Promotions to do the Marion County Fair Demo Derby on Friday August 2.  TVP Rules and Regulations are posted on Program and Tickets Links above.

Raccoon Ramblers Camping Club will be camping on the grounds April 15 - 19

01/07/13- Ticket prices to remain the same for the 2013 Marion County Fair.  All grandstand events same price as last year, fairground gate entry to remain the same, one dollar per person.

01/07/13-The PKC Superstakes and World Coon Hunt returning to Salem and the Marion County Fairgrounds in 2013.  The Superstakes will be held on September 23rd - 28th and the World Coon Hunt October 28th - November 2nd, the youth hunt will be held on October 24th and 25th prior to the World Hunt.
